Chest Workouts

A lot of guys with Gynecomastia,
Pseudogynecomastia and no chest definition at all are looking for help these days in Google, Yahoo and MSN. I
understand that “chest workouts”, “best chest workout” and “chest workout routine” are heavily searched phrases
in these search engines. My own dedication on this site is to those who suffer from the first two problems. For
those of you who are not sure of the difference, the definitions are as follows:
- “Gynecomastia is the abnormal development of
glandular breast tissue in boys and men”.
- “Pseudogynecomastia is simply an excess of
adipose tissue[fatty cells] on the male breast due to being overweight”.
Once either case has been diagnosed, some
lifestyle changes will be necessary, regardless of any medical treatment prescribed. Dietary changes and Chest
Workouts will also figure prominently. Fortunately there are medical, nutritional and fitness professionals who
can help.
I have been working out in gyms for over 40 years
and teaching for the last 8 years so I fully understand the desire of most men to develop and maintain a manly,
sculpted chest. Before he can specialise on chest workouts, however, the individual will need to start with
a general workout routine of 45 to 60 minutes. This should be split between cardio-vascular and general
resistance work, varying from man to man due to a number of factors. If this is done for a month with 3 to 4
visits per week then the client will be fitter and stronger and therefore ready for a step-up in his program
with a greater emphasis on specific muscles such as the pectorals, in other words, chest workouts. Do not ignore
your back and shoulders as they will also need some work for your posture, which has probably suffered in an
attempt to disguise your “male boob” problems.

I do not propose to detail specific chest
workouts here but general guidelines are:
- Ensure that there is no medical reason why
you can’t exercise generally and perform chest workouts specifically.
- Warm up properly for 5 minutes and ensure
that you do some large muscle group stretches.
- Don’t target any major muscle group for more
than 25 to 30 minutes in a session.
- Ensure that your exercise technique is 100%
with a good range of movement, neutral spine and that each repetition is completed in an unhurried,
focussed manner.
- Mix free weights and resistance
machines.
- Don’t train for more than 1
hour.
For chest workouts, in order to achieve maximum
results:
- Vary the type of chest presses that you do,
using dumbbells, barbells, smith machine and fixed machines.
- Adopt different positions…flat, incline,
decline and seated.
- Use flye machines as well as dumbbell flyes
and cable flyes. These will all help shape your chest.
- 3 sets of 3 to 5 different chest exercises,
each set with 12 to 15 repetitions initially.
- Vary the exercises every 4 to 6 weeks to
“shock” the body and continue making gains.
Now, all the above advice will work, but
supposing that you can’t get to a gym/don’t like gyms/can’t afford gyms? I have looked into this and have found
two natural systems that can be worked at home. Both include chest workouts, dietary advice and herbal advice.
They both have many satisfied customers:
"The Chest Coach System"…developed by Cliff Manchaster. He was a gynecomastia sufferer who designed his own answer in
the form of a course after nothing else worked. This also has many testimonials for you to
read. Here is just one:
"Amazed At His
Progress...
"I got your system for my brother who was always depressed about his physique. He stuck with it
for a few weeks and he's already a different man- both inside and out! He shed major pounds
both on his chest and belly. Our whole family was amazed at his progress Thank you so
much!"

The second approach which I investigated is
specifically a herbal supplement designed to target fatty cells. This is called "Gynexin". This is more expensive, but again, many
men have found that the product works. Here are 3 testimonials:
I was very skeptical about even trying an oral product to treat
my gynecomastia,
and to be honest I have done plenty of research on my condition over the years and I've always been led to
believe that surgery was my only option. It seems that the internet is flooded with websites of cosmetic
surgeons offering their services, but I could never find an alternative until I finally stumbled across a
product called Alexia (the female version
of Gynexin).
After a quick enquiry I was turned onto Gynexin, the rest is history... no pun intended!
It took about 3 and a half weeks before I started to physically see results it's been about 6 months now and I
couldn't be happier. Now its time to learn how to swim!

SUCCESS! Thank you. We couldn't be happier with your product. My husband has been taking it
for just over 5 months now, and insisted that I "get on that computer and order more; with my luck they will run
out!" he said. He can be such a pessimist sometimes, but I'm just glad he agreed to
try Gynexin in the first place. He has been very self conscious about his chest, even though he
stays in petty good shape for a man in his forties. BRAVO on an excellent product.

I just finished my 4th. bottle of Gynexin
and I've obtained the results I was seeking. Should I continue to take the 5th bottle just like normal or should I
reduce my dose or stop taking it all together?

Good luck in your chest workouts and whatever you
choose to do, stick to it!
