Male Breast Growth

The Chest Coach Dystem Picture

Ideally, male breast growth should be made up of mainly pectoral muscle with only small amounts of glandular[breast] tissue and adipose[fatty] tissue. When these proportions are right, the chest will have that manly, chiselled appearance coveted by all guys. Unfortunately, genetic, lifestyle and medical factors often prevent this.

Resistance training, which many of us regularly undertake[and, in my case, teach], will lead to male breast growth of the desired type…in other words, the increase in lean mass of the pectoral muscle. Those of us who train regularly are, by definition, a little preoccupied with body image but that is not necessarily a bad thing. A guy who feels good about his physique will have a more confident attitude in other areas of his life. And, let’s be honest, what man does not want to be admired by the female of the species?

So, male breast development, sensibly undertaken, with expert guidance from a fitness professional such as myself, is a worthy goal and should certainly not be discouraged. Knowledge, though, is all!

Sadly, working as a Fitness Professional as I do, I see too many young men who cannot wait. They are not prepared to work out in a regular, focussed way for a few months until they naturally achieve that coveted, sculpted chest. Yes...you've guessed it- they succumb to pressure from 'friends' or marketing hype and start taking Anabolic Steroids.

Any experienced Fitness Instructor can immediately spot the guys on “stuff” by observing the sudden male breast growth in the individual, even when they have not trained that hard. The steroids also enable considerable strength gains relatively quickly. All this appeals to the “macho instinct” in these men. The steroid users' mannerisms will also observably change. The strange thing is that many guys who are obviously taking substances won’t admit it! For the natural way go to...

The main culprits are “Sustanon”, “Anadrol” and “Dianabol” because these easily convert to estrogen which in turn gives much greater stimulus to glandular breast tissue. So these guys are ending up with feminine type male breast growth, which is not what they bargained for! This condition is called Gynecomastia[unnatural male breast enlargement].

It is a real problem in society that anabolic steroids are so easily obtainable, particularly via the Internet. Largely unregulated and unsupervised as it is …how do you police this phenomenon that, in so many other ways, is such a blessing?

A lot of guys are also both arrogant and misguided in their belief that they know what they are doing but in reality the lack of understanding of testosterone and it’s derivatives underlies the steroid users risks and subsequent problems, including female-like male breast growth or gynecomastia,

One plastic surgeon that I know of has a gallery of well-known bodybuilders who he has helped with various operations. While they are always successful, you have to ask the question…why put yourself in the position of parting with several thousand dollars in the first place to gain unnaturally fast male breast development?

Interestingly, a considerable number of Steroid users found that "Gynexin", a herbal supplement, helped cure their gynecomastia. I have one acquaintance who also used it successfully. Click here to read the Gynexin Review.

Others found that natural techniques in "The Chest Coach System"  did work for them. You may find it worthwhile having a look at these natural approaches as they both utilise original, combined exercise, diet and herbal blueprints. Better than the surgeon’s knife methinks! What about this for an offer...
