Puffy Areolas

These are one of the most common manifestations of gynecomastia, more usually known as ‘puffy nipples’. If you have puffy areolas it means that the whole breast is not involved but the excess glandular tissue build-up is directly under the nipple area. Sometimes this tissue extends slightly outside the nipple giving rise to the dome-like appearance that characterises puffy areolas.

The condition of having puffy nipples is not confined to mature and older guys. I have had occasion, in my work as a Fitness Professional, to discuss the problem with some juveniles. This spurred me on to research the Internet and I found that a lot of 14 to 16 year old boys were writing in to forums asking advice about the same condition. My advice to any guy, young or old, before I start working with him, is to 'go see your doctor first'. Also, after further research into alternative, natural systems, I would suggest to fully mature guys that they might wish to...

All of you young guys are, I know, embarrassed by your puffy areolas but my experience in the fitness industry enables me to echo your doctors advice which is to wait a year or two. Why…? Simply because there is a good chance that the puffy areolas will normalise once that agonising pubertal stage of life is behind you.

For those of you that are left with the puffy areola problem and have left puberty well behind, then you will probably want to deal with your situation as it may get worse. Certainly your embarrassment in front of other guys and, more importantly, females, will become more acute. I have seen guys come out of showers with their ‘T’-Shirts already on, having dried their torso before coming back into the changing area to complete the towelling off.

Your thoughts may also, by now, be turning to such surgical procedures as Lipoplasty or Excision. Be warned that your Insurance Provider is unlikely to pay for surgery as they will look upon it as both elective and cosmetic. The costs of surgery may also cause you to think again as they can be anything up to $8500. Also there is the disfiguring element that may well be of concern to you.

In the light of the above observations doesn’t it make sense just to explore what other options are available? After all, the problem of puffy areolas has been around for thousands of years and much time, effort, expertise and commonsense has been put into curing the condition.

As all aspects of fitness interest me, I took it upon myself to investigate a number of all-natural approaches this year, one of which I have already referred to above.

   ‘The Chest Coach System’

was developed by a gentleman called Cliff Manchaster, who had suffered with gynecomastia [or puffy areolas] for 16 years. In desperation, after finding that conventional methods did not work for him,, he researched and experimented on himself, finally perfecting his all-natural, herbal, dietary, exercise and lifestyle approach. Cliff is so confident in his system that he offers the first lesson for free!

PS...I must also mention another natural approach that has been used by someone who I know personally and that is… The Gynexin Alpha Formula’

This consists of a course of herbal dietary supplements to reduce the puffy areolas and a free supply of ‘Korexin’. This increases the effectiveness of ‘Gynexin’ and consists of essential fatty acids, anti-oxidants and appetite suppressants. You can learn all about the product by clicking on the link to my review page.

Whichever method you decide to adopt you have the peace of mind of knowing that the approach is safe and natural and could well help cure your puffy areolas.
